Awkward encounter with a baby
There was a baby (maybe 3 years old) standing on the edge of the street when I was walking to my car. She yells at me, “Hey! Where you going, man!” What the hell? Why is there a BABY standing on the street yelling at me? So I responded with the only thing I could think of. “Mind your own business, baby!”

Whachoo lookin' at?
This morning leaving my apartment I was processing some data on my laptop, so I walked out of my apartment with the computer on and open as I walked to my car. Some lady suddenly pops out from behind the woods in full yoga gear carrying a yoga mat and proceeds to walk towards her car. But the entire time, she was leering at me as if what I was doing was weird. Keep walkin’ lady…...

Jesse Eisenberg Interview
So today I got to interview Jesse Eisenberg on an internet radio show that I do. It was actually an oddly surreal thing to interview a celebrity. And I mean a real celebrity, not just some dude who used to be the drummer for P/I/L in the 70s and tours around pimping music t-shirts that say the f-word on them trying desperately to stay relevant.
It was a surreal experience. I was genuinely...

The opposite of being RickRoll'd
One of my friends posted the actual video of Rick Astley’s Never Gonna Give You Up on their Facebook profile as an “enjoyable song from back in the day” or whatever. And other people liked the post and commented on it about how great it was. Really? Other people share that opinion?
Do you think there are people out there who get disappointed when someone sends them an...

The active ingredient is bullshit
Have you ever read the labels on the back of any two competing medicines? The active ingredient in one will be this well-selected name comprised of multiple chemicals all mooshed together until they form something loosely based on syllables we recognize from our high school chemistry class. Then the other one that claims to do the same damn thing has a completely different 10-syllable chemical!
I...

Hey tech news sources, why are you so...
I’ve heard so much buzz lately about Groupon declining Google’s acquisition offer fo $6 billion. The tech news sources are all abuzz with speculation and reaction os to why Groupon would make such a bold move and decline such an offer. Take a look at this article from Mashable: http://mashable.com/2010/12/03/groupon-google-no/ The part of the article specifically that I’m...

Ah crap, now I’m not sure what to write here. This article title was actually meant as a sarcastic joke reply to a tweet. You can follow the tweet thread in reverse here: http://twitter.com/ajitfoldsfive/status/9348369486970880 or in forward here:

The "Make the Burrito Bigger" Principle
In business there always seems to come a time when a company has to decide to raise the rate or cost of their product or service. Much of the time this is due to inflation or rising costs. It’s a stupid principle, and inflation in general is a garbage concept. It’s a method by which one or two industries makes everyone in multiple countries have to adjust their pricing strategies...
